On 25 September, 40 young professionals from across Verka Collective met in Copenhagen for our first Youth Meet-up.
The connections made between younger colleagues today may become the starting point for tomorrow’s joint project, competition or exchange of expertise.
Experienced leaders matter. So do the people who see the next professional landscape forming in real time. Giving this group a room of their own is how we learn what we should understand sooner – about new tools, new ways of working and what it takes to collaborate across studios.
The day included studio introductions, Reiulf Ramstad’s talk “Repairing the Future” and a session with NORDFY on working with AI.
And in the workshop “How do we build together?”, ideas became concrete: joint competitions, study trips, shared knowledge and a stronger voice on sustainability.
Thank you to everyone who took part and contributed:
Vilhelm Lauritzen Architects, Reiulf Ramstad Arkitekter, Kjaer & Richter, STED By og Landskab, Heine Architekten and NORDFY
