Rikke Steinicke joined Vilhelm Lauritzen Architects in 2013 and has played a key role in a number of the studio’s major projects and collaborations in Denmark. With extensive experience across multiple scales and typologies, she has strengthened the firm’s position in the Danish market through strong project leadership and stakeholder engagement.
Her appointment reflects the growing importance of process design, collaboration and long-term partnerships within contemporary architectural practice. Rikke Steinicke will contribute her perspective directly to the strategic development of the firm, building on Vilhelm Lauritzen Architects’ strong professional culture and legacy.
The new partnership is a natural step in the studio’s ongoing development. Since becoming part of the Findos portfolio and expanding its partner group in 2021, Vilhelm Lauritzen Architects has focused on increasing capacity to meet growing project complexity and higher expectations across the built environment sector.
CEO Frants Nielsen highlights Rikke Steinicke’s role in supporting successful, long-term collaborations through her professionalism, empathy and expertise in project management. Her ability to build trust is seen as a key strength in both project delivery and partnership development.
Rikke Steinicke will continue in her role as project manager on ongoing projects at Vilhelm Lauritzen Architects, including the current four-year strategic framework agreement between Hoffmann A/S and the Danish Building and Property Agency (Bygningsstyrelsen).
